trip to Dresden
to put up the photos from Dresden was a plan for the last weekend. but since O2 bought Volný & they were supposed to deliver a new modem the next day (which was only just delivered this afternoon) i couldn't upload them. so i was online only thanks to a WIFI of an uknown neighbour until today. and even though i tried to upload the photos, i never succeeded. the connection was bad and the internet was mega slow.
anyway.. here comes the story (& photos mainly) of our trip to Dresden! [better late than never, that's what i always say!]
šoupnout sem fotky z Drážďan jsem chtěla už o víkendu. ale protože O2 koupilo Volný a napsali nám, že nový modem dovezou hned druhý den (který nám úspěšně dovezli až dnes) nemohla jsem. tenhle týden jsem tedy byla online jen díky WIFI nějakého souseda(ky?). a když jsem zkoušela zmenšené fotky nahrát, nepodařilo se. signál jsem neměla stoprocentní a internet byl mega pomalý.
nicméně.. vyprávění (& hlavně fotky) z našeho výletu do Drážďan je tu! [lepší pozdě, než nikdy, to já říkám pořád!]
it all started in comments on my blog actually. me and Barb decided to go to Dresden. then we revealed the plan to Katie and she excitedly agreed. and so a girls-only trip was planned.
on friday afternoon me, Katie and Markét (Katie's friend) went to Liberec, where Barb lives. after leaving all our luggage at Barb's we went to have dinner at a close student type restaurant. i was suprised by the food, was delicious! we had Lambrusco, a chit-chat and took some photos and because we had to wake up early in the morning in order to catch the train to Dresden, we went to sleep early. well.. me and Barb talked and talked and talked but then we finally managed to fall asleep.
vše to ve skutečnosti začalo v komentářích tady na blogu. já a Bárb jsme se dohodly, že pojedeme do Drážďan. potom jsme plán prozradily Katie, která nadšeně přikývla a bylo to. holčičí výlet naplánován.
v pátek odpoledne jsme já, Katie a Markét (Katie kamarádka) vyrazily do Liberce za Barb. po zanechání kufrů, kabelek a všeho u Bárb na kolejích, jsme se vyrazily navečeřet do studentského podniku co byl blízko. byla jsem překvapená, jídlo bylo výborné! daly jsme si láhev Lambrusca, klasicky jsme povídaly a fotily a protože jsme musely ráno brzo vstávat abychom chytly vláček do Drážďaň, šly jsme spát brzy. tedy.. já a Bárb jsme potom mluvily a mluvily a mluvily, ale nakonec jsme přece jen "odpadly".
it was so cold in the morning, that we had to wait in the subway pass for the train and keep ourselves entertained by taking a lot of pics. /
ráno byla taková zima, že jsme na vlak musely čekat v podchodu a krátit si čas focením.
in the train we kept on discussing which will be the best way to our hotel (we got lost for a bit anyway). /
ve vlaku pak probíhala debata ohledně trasy k hotelu (nakonec jsme stejně na chvilku zabloudily).
it was sunny in Dresden. still cold. still windy.. but sunny! /
v Drážďanech už nás naštěstí čekalo slunečně počasí. pořád zima, pořád větrno.. ale sluníčko!

we had other views of the beauty of Dresden since we kept on walking... /
jsme viděly i spoustu jiných drážďanských krás, protože jsme den strávily procházením..

and of course there was time for shopping aswell. /
a pochopitelně došlo i na nakupování.
after the whole day of walking we were a bit tired, so we grabbed a typical wurst and went back to the hotel to unpack, get a rest and get ready for the night out. /
po celém dni chození jsme byly docela unavené, tak jsme si vzaly typický wurst na cestu a vrátily se na hotel trochu si vybalit, odpočinout a připravit se na večer.
in the evening we went to a restaurant called "La Osteria", an italian restaurant with great and lively atmosphere, delicious food you could smell a kilometer away from the restaurant and the best staff ever. / večer jsme šly do restaurace "La Osteria", italské restaurace se skvělou a živou atmosférou, vynikajícím jídlem, které navíc vonělo tak, že sjte ho mohli cítit na kilometry a s nejlepší obsluhou vůbec.
the next day, unfortunately, i had to leave earlier than the rest. so in the morning, after tasty breakfast and some pics on the room, we decided we'll do a little final shopping and then i'll go get the train. well.. it was sunday and Germany is Germany, so instead of shopping (everything closed), we enjoyed Prager-strasse once again and then it was time for me to say goodbye. /
další den jsem bohužel musela odjet dříve než zbytek. ráno po snídani a několika fotkách na pokoji, jsme se rozhodly jít udělat finální malý nákup a potom že já půjdu na vlak. jenže.. byla neděle a Německo je Německo, takže místo nakupování (vše bylo zavřené), jsme si znovu užily tentokrát klidnou Prager-strasse a potom už jsem se musela rozloučit.
the whole trip was a great way to let off steam and a lot of fun, that i am sure i'm ready for more! hopefully we'll plan something like this soon! so.. who's up for it?
celý výlet byl tak skvělým odreagováním se a takovou zábavou, že chci něco takového znovu! snad se nám co nejdřív povede naplánovat něco podobného. kdo je pro?
